Return and Refund Policy
By making a purchase through Rovell, you agree to the following refund terms and conditions. This policy clearly outlines how refunds are processed for all domestic orders within Canada.
Refund Eligibility
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Refunds are available for items that meet the conditions below:
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The product condition is new, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The return is authorized by our customer service team before being sent back.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer a refund under the following conditions:
- Items returned without prior authorization or without the required Return Form.
- Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
How to Request a Refund
- Download and print the Return Form.
- Fill out the form completely and include it inside your return package.
- Email support@rovellcanada.com to obtain return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a tracked courier of your choice. Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account and contact your card issuer.
- If you still have not received it, please reach out to us at support@rovellcanada.com. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@rovellcanada.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Change of Mind Refunds
We accept returns for a change of mind if the item is in new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in such cases.
Restocking Fees
No restocking fees apply to any refunds or exchanges processed by Rovell.
Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or in cash form.
